  I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this awesome website. I placed an order for two items that can no longer be found in the parks and received them only a week later...I am not sure if it's because I'm local and reside in Florida, but yourwdwstore is unlike any other. Will most definitely be purchasing from again.

  Definitely a great place to shop. I do understand that the prices are bit more expensive that what they are in the park BUT its a whole lot cheaper than actually going to park especially if you don't live in Orlando with annual pass or work for Disney parks. The only tiny issue I had was when I ordered a Star Wars Customized Case and added my name to be on it too, I forgot to ask it to be Aurebesh (the star wars language). I emailed immediate after the purchase and called the next day since I had order past the times the phones were open and I did not hear back from customer service until after the order was shipped.
  
  I understand it was definitely MY fault for forgetting to add that detail to the comment box on the order but I would have hoped customer would have gotten back to me before it was shipped but it is the holidays so oh well. So next time I order I will make sure that add all the details!
  
  If you do order check all your details and make sure you have everything you want!!
