  I was having a hard time with the employees over a no receipt exchange, but i met Naomi (who by the way is absolutely great) and she helped me, for only being there for two weeks she helped me more then any other employee she went beyond her job to help me, but Cristal was also very helpful, and made my experience 100x better. Top 2 favorite girls there! There were so great, genuine, and friendly! They’re are also two beautiful girls who know sooo much about makeup, and do their own makeup very nice.

  Came here to sample some perfumes. When I asked the lady at the register for the free samples she kept saying I'll get to you in a second. I waited over 45 min standing right next to her. She kept helping customers that were not even in the store when I got there. She would even prepare samples for people that were paying for their stuff but since I wasn't purchasing anything at the moment she kept ignoring me. I politely asked about when she would be able to help me and she kept on saying I'll get to you in second but that never happened. People in line were making faces because they realized she was humiliating me until I said I don't need the samples anymore and that I would go to another Sephora where they actually knew what customer service was. They completely lost my business at this particular location as I collect perfumes and buy them frequently. I will never step into this place again and I am a local. Do yourself a favor and go to the Sephora inside the mall where they put customers first! My incident happened two weeks ago. It was a weekday at around 4pm. The place was not busy at all!
