  Owner Review
  - Incorrect changes on statements.
  - Mulitple guests complained about cleaniness issues about basic house cleaning and pool. I found garbage under bed (clear space) right after their cleaning.
  - ECPM stopped preparing dinning table without letting the owners know. When I found out, ECPM said to prevent "dust" between stays and said it is a property management best practice.
  - Mixed up dates even for owner visit.
  - Experience from owner visit found to be in consistant with guest feedbacks.
  - Moved bookings after termination for their sole purpose and charged excessive fees to owners.
  - Overdued county tax, the reason provided was "I don't know what happened"
  - Threatened owners for posting honest reviews.
  - Potential bookings started asking about basic cleanliness issues because of repeated mistakes caused by ECPM.
  
  In my opinion, it was negligance, poor management and unfair business practice by ECPM.
  
  Instead of taking responsibility of their repeated mistakes, ECPM owner responded with threats for posting reviews and insisting owners to pay for excessive relocation fees after termination.

  Exceptional service. So please we found Easy Choice. We are owners of a vacation rental property and they have gave us a service we cannot fault.
