  I thought these guys were great until yesterday. I have a Goodman Mini-split unit and they have worked on it several times with good results. I called on Wednesday and set up an appointment for Thursday between 2 and 3pm. I told them the unit is cooling but the inside blower is making so much noise I cannot sleep. I waited for the technician until 4pm and he did not show or call. I know they are busy because Jorge explained this to me. I would have at least appreciated a call. I will be looking for another company to do business with.
