  Bad experience paid extra to have a heated pool get there and pool was ice cold as well as they were very very rude to my girlfriend on the phone if I talk to anyone that way I would be fired just very disgusted house was okay but for what we paid I think it should have been set up better like the pool be working properly likely paid for and we even asked I had about the pool and a hot tub being hot and they assured us it would be when we get there it's 50 degrees it was ridiculous trying to get maintenance to go out there because the company does not care about their customers they just care about padding their pockets I would never use this company again do not recommend it at all
