  1st night towing sticker on car with a visible visitor pass in window. Beware of wasp nests all around clubhouse area. Kiddy pool had 3 right within reach of small children on posts. Steam room broken, fitness room locks on guests and can't get back out. Maybe get some people in here that care about the place & want residents & vacationers to come back. Having severe doubts about this place.

  Our Trailer was stolen legally in 2013!! Nothing has Changed I see!! Sad!! We were told to park our trailer in the lot next door , we told them we were unloading for my sister and her husband who own a "townhouse" there. We woke up with a big red warning sticker slapped on it! We went to the office to complain ,once again they told us to park it in the undated/unguarded dirt lot next door. We also told them that myself and my husband would be stay for a few months and inquired about how safe would it be there. They had (Will was the persons name we felt with all the time at the office) fill out a form will detailed the color, type and license # of our trailer. When we decided to come home, after 2 1/2 back in Oct 2013, we went to get our trailer and it was not there!! We were going to call the police until our neighbors mentioned the same thing almost happened to him. So the next morning we called the office. That's when we told about the towing company.We called the towing company, sure enough they had our our trailer!! The towing company wanted $1500 for storage fees and that the only reason it was towed was when they (the two company) called the office that it was not a registered trailer!! Now both myself and my brother in law filled out the paperwork back in August 2013 with Will. We went back to the Office and told them to have the tow company to release the trailer to us. They said that the paperwork had been lost and they apologized. BUT ,they couldn't do that unless they did an investigation and to just pay the tow company at the moment!! TO ME IT SOUNDED LIKE A SCAM!! Our trailer was an older ,very good condition, hauling trailer ,not worth 1500 dollars or more!!! Even small claims court would have cost us flying back or driving back to Florida to attend!! LIKE I SAID A SCAM!!! So yes we believe this place is not run properly and there is something hand greasing going on with the tow company!!!
