  My husband needed 2 important referrals from Dr. Kahn and Dr. Kahn refused him these 2 important referrals: (1) because he didn't feel that an orthopedic foot doctor could help my husband and (2) he felt that his nurse could take care of his ear rather than going to an ENT. How Unprofessional! He advertises weekly in a local newspaper that he takes in walk in patients, but when it came time for my husband to get an appointment, they couldn't get him in for a month. Dispiccable!

  I have enough!!!!!
  
  Today was the last visit to Dr. Khan and his office staff.
  I have been a patient for over 10 years and have seen lots of turnaround with his staff but this is the worse ever..
  
  Dr. Khan I hope you read this reviews online as I was dined today by your staff to speak to you or your office manager ( you no longer have either) .
  You are losing patients and will continue losing them as long as you have this type of rude staff...
  
  Lier's, unprofessional, no skill people who are making Dr. Khan look incompetent which he is actually a good doctor. .it's his staff who don't care and don't do they job.
  
  Today the front office GIRL (20) argued with me after I ask her questions at 8am: first one in (sick as a dog ..flue)
  
  Why nobody ever answer the phones or respond to messages.

  I'm sorry, we try to answer ..did u leave a VM? Really ...all the time but you don't answer or call back.
  When is the doctor or PA coming in after 45 min of waiting.
  Answer:
  Carol is off and Dr. Khan should be here ,we don't know when........are you serious? ?
  
  Meanwhile she is asking everybody to pay they co-pay but I told her I wanna see the doctor first to let him know this is unacceptable
  She refused and after one hour she called in the other patients who came after me bc they paid .
  I asked her a dozen times to speak to management or Dr khan himself and she refused.
  I asked her to get my records and she told me I have to pay..lol..on top she told me the last visit was not paid 4 which I have my receipt.
  
  I really have enough as a patient to be treated this way it's not worth my time or my money.
  I will gladly change dictors for a professional doctor and staff who will answer my call and take care of patients in need and not deal with this nonsense of rudeness! !
  Do not go there ..run as fast as you can..what a shame!!!
