  It seems that every time they have a new carrier for the VIZCAY COMMUNITY in Davenport FL. Most of everyone mail goes to another address not even here, also carrier to lazy to get out of the car if they don't have a package but have mail and they can reach the mail box. In the pass some of us homeowners gone to the POST OFFICE in Davenport and the Leadership (SUPERVISOR or POSTMASTER) is not that great. The only ones in that office that I see that are doing a great job are the clerks in the front. Other than that the carrier(s) for our community are not doing a great job at all. I'm still waiting for several packages that the system shows out for delivery and one is showing its been delivered but it has not to my address maybe somewhere else. Also I keep getting mail for several people that has not been living in my property for over two years and both submitted twice a change of address but still coming to my mail box. This is getting worst every time. Something needs to be done.
